AIM: The primary aim is to develop an insightful dashboard in Power BI that integrates available data tables to enable data-driven decision-making and improve business intelligence. The focus will be on visualizing key metrics and trends that help in understanding the performance and opportunities for the organization.

OBJECTIVES:

  • To aggregate and visualize data from various sources, excluding SAVI-related tables due to the lack of data.
  • To create interactive and user-friendly reports that facilitate quick and effective data analysis.
  • To identify and highlight critical business metrics and trends.
  • To enable stakeholders to drill down into specific data points for detailed analysis.

SCOPE:

  • The project will encompass all existing data tables except for SAVI, SAVI CHANGES, SAVIPAGEVIEWS, and SAVI SOCIAL TABLES.
  • The dashboard will provide various visualizations, including charts, graphs, and tables, to represent different aspects of the business.
  • User interaction capabilities, such as filtering and sorting, will be included to allow for customized views and analyses.
  • The dashboard will be designed to support decision-making at various levels of the organization.

KEY FINDINGS:

  • Performance metrics across different departments or products.

WORKFLOW:

  1. Data Preparation: Cleanse and prepare the data for integration into Power BI, excluding the specified SAVI-related tables.

  3. Dashboard Design: Design the layout and visual elements of the dashboard, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
