Nithika Sanghi (she/her)

Empathetic, user-centric, User Experience Researcher and Designer, currently pursuing Masters in Human-Computer Interaction at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.

“I come from a Human Resources background, but the domain was never my calling. I explored a little on the product and user experience side and that was it! I decided to go for Masters to deepen my understanding of building user-focused products and experiences. I have always wanted to work with people. I try to find opportunities for improvements where possible. John Adams once told “Every problem is an opportunity in disguise” and I believe in that religiously. We are surrounded by problems all the time but we never look into them from a solution lens. Once a solution comes into the picture, we then realize the problem.

As a User Experience Researcher and Designer, I want to find solutions to problems that create a real-world impact. The size of the impact is secondary. The effort is worth it as long as it is making a difference and helping people.”

I’m always up for a nice cup of chai and an interesting conversation about breaking stigmas, food, and dogs. 🙂
